We can only send the money via bank transfer within the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA). As of 2020, there were 36 members in SEPA, consisting of the 27 member states of the European Union, the four member states of the European Free Trade Association (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland), and the United Kingdom. Alternatively, we can offer the money transfer via PayPal. As a rule, bank transfers within Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) are free of charge, while PayPal may incur fees that we have to pass on to the customer, as we have no influence on this. We also have no influence on currency conversion. MYFLYRIGHT always sends payments in EURO. Please contact your bank or PayPal for questions regarding currency conversion or transfer fees.
The weekly payment run at MYFLYRIGHT takes place once a week, so that the customer should receive the payment no later than 7 working days after receipt of the invoice.
In cases where the bank or PayPal details were initially incorrect, the payment will be transferred with the next payment run. After receiving the updated bank or PayPal details, the customer should receive the payment no later than 7 working days.
